We value your satisfaction and have outlined our refund and return terms below. By making a purchase or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Space Rentals

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• If you cancel your booking:
  • More than 7 days before the event date: You will receive an 80% refund (deposit is non-refundable).
  • Less than 7 days before the event date or in case of a no-show: No refund will be issued.
• If you paid in full at the time of booking, the non-refundable 20% deposit will still apply.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

2. Physical Products

• We accept returns and refunds on physical products within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The item is unused and in resalable condition.
• Non-eligible items: Items that are damaged, used, missing parts, or past the 7-day return window.
• All returns should be delivered to:
  The Rose Dungeon, Shop 1 – 26 Old Hope Rd, Kingston, Jamaica.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we inspect and approve the returned item.

3. Digital Purchases (Memberships, Tickets, Workshops)

• All digital purchases are non-refundable.
• This includes memberships, event tickets, workshops, and digital content.
• Once access is granted or the purchase is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
• Failure to attend or use the service does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Exceptions

• If a product or service is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, please contact us at compliance@therosedungeon.com within 48 hours of receipt.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns that do not meet the above conditions.
